Contact: Bob Bell Direct: 303-456-2141 E-mail: bob@homesincolorado.com Website: www.arvadasunriserotary.org

In just six short months, Rotarians from the Arvada Sunrise Rotary Club have raised $2,500 to help update the cottage facilities at Denver's renowned Mt. Saint Vincent Home. Inspired by a motivating site visit and impressed by the dedication and passion by all those involved with the facility, Arvada Sunrise Rotary Club contributed to make the goal a reality.
These funds have already begun to be put to use maintaining and upgrading their residential facilities. Members have not only provided funds, but have also helped in assisted with crucial volunteer and leadership positions within the organization. Bill Roth, Chief Advancement Officer, Sister Amy Willcott, SCL, Executive Director, and Pete Zarlengo, Head of Facilities were on hand at Arvada Sunrise Rotary’s meeting on February 2nd to accept the funds and express their gratitude for the Club’s continued support.
Mt. Saint Vincent is rooted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth. Responding to the needs of our time, Mount Saint Vincent Home partners with families and children to strengthen their ability to emotionally and socially participate in their community. Mount Saint Vincent Home supports families and children without being a substitute for families - valuing relationships that promote: dignity, humor, individual responsibility, justice, learning, personal safety, respect, sense of community and spiritual growth. www.msvhome.org
